The best times have been meeting and writing about people who never make the national headlines but are the heart and soul of their families and communities. The memories are worth sharing. Nancy L. Mohr is the author of several books and numerous articles in national magazines. An admitted newspaper junkie, she has frequently been represented on the Commentary pages of the Philadelphia Inquirer, and writes for local and regional newspapers.
Nancy and her husband, John, met at J. Walter Thompson advertising agency in New York City. In 1964 they moved to Chester County, Pennsylvania. Their five children grew up on the family farm in Unionville, acquiring their parents' passion for conservation and preservation.
